I chose it because the title of the book sounded very funny.

Sophie Kinsella was born on December 12, 1969 in London.
Educated at a College in Oxford, she worked as a financial journalist before turning to fiction.
She is best known for writing the Shopaholic series.
Sophie has 2 sisters and 3 sons.

My community

My community is Perg.

Perg is a city in Upper Austria, capital of the district of the same name.
The elevation of this city is 820 feet (these are 250 meters).
Perg has 7.516 inhabitants.

The total area of Perg is 26,5 square kilometers and the city symbol is an unicorn on red background. The unicorn is standing on a black mountain.

In Perg, there are also many doctors for every disease.

There are also a lot of sights:

Burgfried Stone
A Burgfried was a district, which was located inside an especially marked place of a city. Burgfried barriers were very important in the past.

The townhall
The townhall was built in 1736 on the main square. After a fire the townhall was rebuilt. Its Architect and master builder are unknown.


Seifensiederhaus:
The Seifensiederhaus was built in 1563 and from1671 to 1879 it was used as soap works. It has a baroque facade with ornaments which were made in 1720. In 2000 the Seifensiederhaus was restored and nowadays it accommodates the city-cafe, the city-bar, offices and flats.

In Perg there are also 2 great sports clubs, UNION and ASKÖ Perg, which offer a lot of sports activities like football, fistball, gymnastics and volleyball.
